روزنامه چراغ به بهانه تائید موافقتنامه همکاری‌های استراتژیک افغانستان و آمریکا در مجلس سنای افغانستان، چگونگی ارزیابی پارلمان از این سند همکاری را بررسی کرده است.

این روزنامه نوشته است که 'حلقاتی' برای اینکه سند همکاری‌های افغانستان و آمریکا بدون جنجال از پارلمان تائید بگیرد، از مدتی برنامه‌ریزی کردند، برنامه‌ای که به نوشته این روزنامه، از متهم شدن شماری از رسانه‌ها به دریافت حمایت از ایران و پاکستان آغاز شد.

چراغ افزوده است که این تلاش‌ها، اعضای هر دو مجلس پارلمان را واداشت تا از بیم متهم شدن به حمایت از ایران یا پاکستان، سند همکاری‌های استراتژیک را تائید کنند، در حالی که به نوشته این روزنامه، می‌شد اعضای پارلمان افغانستان این سند را بیشتر بررسی می‌کردند تا "موارد زیادی" از ضعف‌هایی که در آن وجود داشت، اصلاح می‌شد.

نویسنده اما درباره این ضعف‌ها توضیحی نداده است.

روزنامه هشت صبح عکس این مسئله را بازتاب داده و نوشته است که تصمیم مجلس سنای افغانستان به تائید موافقتنامه همکاری‌های استراتژیک با آمریکا "خردمندانه" بود.

این روزنامه نوشته است که با توجه به دیدار سفیر ایران در این رابطه با رئیس مجلس سنا و تلاش‌های پشت پرده‌ای که صورت می‌گرفت، مجلس سنا در زمینه تائید این سند همکاری با فشارهای زیادی روبه‌رو بود.

اما این روزنامه افزوده است که تائید این سند در مجلس سنا، "نشان داد که همه تلاش‌های حلقات همفکر با طالبان و همچنین محافلی که با حکومت ایران همسویی دارند، ناکام شده است."

روزنامه باور نوشته است که تا سال ۲۰۱۳ میلادی و میزبانی شهر غزنی به عنوان پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام چیزی باقی نمانده است، اما به نوشته این روزنامه، وزارت اطلاعات و فرهنگ افغانستان در این زمینه آمادگی مشخصی ندارد.

نویسنده افزوده است که هیچ برنامه‌ای در این زمینه در ولایت غزنی انجام نشده است.

روزنامه ماندگار نیز به همین مسئله پرداخته و نوشته است که دولت افغانستان از سال ۲۰۰۷ میلادی تاکنون که غزنی به عنوان پایتخت فرهنگی جهان اسلام در سال ۲۰۱۳ میلادی نامگذاری شد، وقت کافی داشت تا برنامه‌ای برای بازسازی این ولایت ترتیب دهد.

به گزارش ایرنا از شبكه اطلاع رسانی نفت و انرژی، 'علیرضا ضیغمی' افزود: ایران و عراق برای توسعه همكاری های خود در توسعه میادین مشترك، بخش پالایش و همچنین صادرات فرآورده های نفتی و گاز به توافق دست یافتند.

وی اظهارداشت: طبق توافق مسئولان ایرانی و عراقی، قرار شد سالانه فرآورده های نفتی و ای پی جی ایران در مجموع به ارزش حدود یك میلیارد و 700 میلیون تا یك میلیارد و 800 میلیون دلار به عراق صادر شود.

ضیغمی ادامه داد : براساس این توافق فرآورده های نفتی شامل نفت، گاز و نفت سفید باید از طریق دریا توسط بنادر ماهشهر و بندرعباس و از طریق سه محور زمینی به همسایه شرقی ایران صادر شود.

وی اضافه كرد: همچنین طبق این توافقنامه قرار شد، صنعت پالایش ایران در زمینه های فنی، پیشتیبانی و آموزشی، به ویژه مسائل ایمنی، با پالایشگاه های عراق همكاری داشته باشند.

به گزارش ایرنا، 'عباسعلی آب بر' روز دوشنبه در گفت و گو با خبرنگارانی كه از مراحل مختلف ساخت آزادراه تهران – شمال بازدید كرده بودند گفت: اعتبارات مورد نیاز ساخت این آزاد راه از محل سرمایه گذاری 50 درصد مشاركت وزارت راه و شهرسازی به نمایندگی از طرف دولت و شركت آزاد راه تهران – شمال به نمایندگی از بنیاد مستضعفان انقلاب اسلامی تامین می شود.

وی با اشاره به این كه برای ساخت آزاد راه تهران – شمال، این مسیر به چهار قطعه مختلف تقسیم شده است، افزود: از سال 82 تا پایان سال 90 حدود 392 میلیارد تومان برای ساخت آزادراه هزینه شده است كه وزارت راه و شهرسازی بیش از 190 میلیارد تومان و بنیاد مستضعفان نیز بیش از 202 میلیارد تومان برای آن هزینه كرده اند.

وی ضمن تقدیر از تلاش های وزیر راه و شهرسازی برای كمك به ساخت سریعتر آزاد راه تهران – شمال گفت: مسئولان وزارت راه و شهرسازی طی شش ماه گذشته حمایت های قابل تقدیری برای ساخت و پیشرفت سریع این آزادراه انجام داده اند.

وی در خصوص وضعیت منطقه یك آزاد راه تهران – شمال كه 32 كیلومتر است، گفت: منطقه یك آزادراه كه از تقاطع بزرگراه شهید همت و آزادگان شروع و تا دو آب شهرستانك ادامه دارد، تاكنون 38 درصد پیشرفت فیزیكی داشته و 217 میلیارد تومان برای ساخت آن هزینه شده است.

وی با اشاره به این كه، برای اتمام مسیر منطقه یك حدود 160 میلیارد تومان و 150 میلیون دلار دیگر نیاز است، تاكید كرد: در صورت تامین به موقع منابع ریالی و ارزی، این منطقه اواخر سال 92 به بهره برداری می رسد.

وی در خصوص مشكلات تملك اراضی سولقان در منطقه یك آزاد راه گفت: در گذشته بخشی از منابع طبیعی با مجوز شورای اسلامی وقت سولقان توسط اشخاص حقیقی تصاحب و در آنها ساخت و ساز انجام داده اند كه طبق قانون این افراد مالك زمین نیستند و از طرفی خرید مجدد منابع طبیعی توسط وزارت راه و شهرسازی غیر قانونی است.

وی در خصوص وضعیت منطقه 2 و 3 آزاد راه گفت: قائم مقام قبلی وزارت راه و ترابری سابق شهریور ماه سال 90 طی نامه ای دستور توقف عملیات اجرایی منطقه 2 و 3 را ابلاغ كرد، اما بر اساس استدلال های كارشناسان شركت آزاد راه تهران – شمال مسئولان فعلی وزارت راه و شهرسازی اسفند ماه سال گذشته موافقت كردند كه حفاری تونل البرز تنها در یك باند ادامه پیدا كند تا وضعیت ساخت این دو منطقه مشخص شود.
